Light Party™ Members agree that:

  1. Light Party™ Membership applications are accepted at the discretion of Light Party Ltd.
  2. The spirit of a Light Party™ is founded upon the Christian faith and values, however this does not require Light Party™ events to be promoted as (or actually be) overtly "Religious".
  3. Any activity associated with a Light Party™ or with the Light Party™ logo will not promote or use anti-Christian practices, characters or symbols, including but not limited to, Halloween, the Occult or Witchcraft.
  4. In the event of any breach of the Light Party™ Membership Rules, Light Party™ Membership may be terminated forthwith.
  5. All Light Party™ activities undertaken by the Light Party™ Member shall be done so with full compliance of all relevant laws of their own country.
  6. Upon acceptance of Light Party™ Membership, the Light Party™ Member thereby agrees to indemnify Light Party Ltd for any liability whatsoever or howsoever occurring arising from any breach or failure to adhere to the laws in which country the Light Party™ activities are undertaken (including all claims, costs, damages, actions, liability, responsibility or proceedings whatsoever or howsoever occurring).
  7. The Light Party™ name and logo shall always be used with the correct Trade Mark symbol (™).
  8. Light Party™ Membership entitles the Light Party™ Member to
    • use the Light Party™ logo freely for advertising, promotional or branding purposes.
    • access the Light Party™ Members section of the Light Party™ website (www.lightparty.org) and utilise Light Party™ products and services
    for the period of Light Party™ Membership only.
  9. Light Party™ Members will register their Light Party™ event no later than 10 days before their Light Party™ event, via the Light Party™ Members section at www.lightparty.org.
  10. Light Party™ Members will submit an "after-event" report within 7 days of their Light Party™ event, via the Light Party™ Members section at www.lightparty.org, from which their feedback, suggestions and ideas may be made available free of copyright to other Light Party™ Members internationally.
